Finding a product

Products can be found by clicking on links from the homepage or by using the Search facility on the top of any page.

Found a product you like?

Once you have found a product you are interested in, click on it to review it in more detail or add to your shopping basket.

In the product details screen you will be able to see a larger image of the product combined with a description.

Should you decide to buy this simply click on the "Buy now" or "Add to basket" button"

If extra add-on gifts are available for the bouquet chosen, you can click to add this to your selection when adding to basket. For example a bear or a box of chocolates.

Account login

If you are a new customer you will be required to register an account with Flying Flowers. Existing customers simply need enter their email address and password to continue.

Adding recipient details

During checkout, you'll be asked to provide the name and address of the person to whom you're sending the gift . In addition, you also have the option to compose a message card to accompany your gift.

Selecting delivery date

Select the date you would like you gift to arrive, delivery dates vary depending on the gift you have selected, available delivery dates are highlighted on the calendar. When you have entered all details click "Continue".

Adding payment details

Only Credit / Debit Cards are accepted for payment on the Internet.

Add all payment details prompted for and click on the "Continue" button.

A validation check will then be performed on your payment card to ensure that the details entered are correct, if not then you will be asked for another card

Order Confirmation

Finally, if you have placed an order, a Confirmation screen will be displayed notifying you of your new order number and recipient details. It is recommended that you print this page and keep it in a safe place for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order.
