If you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products, Contact Us within 7 days of delivery date and we will offer a replacement, refund or voucher. To aid our quality control standards customers may be requested to return unsatisfactory goods to enable further examinations to take place. In the unlikely event of availability difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a bouquet with one of equal or greater value.
