Learn more about offer codes

From time to time we will run special offers and promotions in catalogues, magazines and newspapers. These offers are activated by entering an OFFER CODE into the 'Do you have an offer code?' box at your 'Shopping Basket'. The codes can be found printed on the bottom right hand corner of catalogue order forms or printed within adverts. They are 8 characters in length and will be a mixture of letters and numbers, for example:

F12ABC34

If your offer code has not been applied, check that you order qualifies for the offer and that you have entered your code in UPPER CASE, exactly as printed and that the end date is valid.
