Our Flower Delivery Services
We send our FREE Delivery by Post orders via Royal Mail 1st Class. These normally arrive on your chosen delivery date, however please be aware that in some cases it may arrive on the next available delivery date.
Need it for a special day? Upgrade to our courier tracked service for £5.99 to ensure delivery on your chosen date. We also offer next day delivery - just order by 3pm Monday to Friday.
Our florist creations are delivered by an expert Interflora florist with a range of delivery options:
- Same Day Delivery - £8 (order by 3pm Monday to Friday)
- Next Day/Future Day Delivery - £6 (delivery available between 9am and 6pm)
- Morning/Afternoon Delivery - £10 (delivery available between 9am and 12pm or 12pm and 6pm)

Our Hampers are delivered FREE by our selected courier on your chosen delivery date. We also offer next day delivery: Hampers - Order by 2pm Monday to Thursday
How will my delivery arrive?
Your gift will be delivered in a Flying Flowers box, complete with a personal card message, flower food and full care instructions.

What happens if they're not at home?
Royal Mail may attempt to leave their gift in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, the gift will be returned to their local sorting office for collection. A card will be posted through their door with full details.

The local florist may attempt to leave their gift in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, the gift will be returned to the florist shop and an advisor will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Our courier may attempt to leave their gift in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, the gift will be returned to the courier depot, and a card will be posted through their door with instructions of how to arrange a re-delivery.
Can I track my order?
If you have selected a product via TRACKED Standard Delivery or FREE Delivery by Courier you will receive an email on the morning of your chosen delivery day containing your tracking link.
Where do we deliver?
We offer all our delivery services to everywhere in Mainland UK. There are a small number of locations where delivery could take a little longer. We strive to ensure that all orders arrive within 48 hours of their despatch date; however, please bear in mind when ordering that delivery to these locations could take a day longer than usual. Please see table below for a full list of these locations.
