Naylor Flowers specializes in over 100 million stems every year, growing a wide range of flowers including daffodils, sunflowers, sweet williams, ornamental brassica, delphiniums, larkspur, peonies, alliums, and agapanthus. Their flowers are celebrated for their exceptional quality, and they work hard to ensure that every stem is harvested at the peak of freshness.

As a company dedicated to environmental responsibility, Naylor Flowers has made significant investments in sustainable technologies and practices. They have installed solar-powered cold storage, built a state-of-the-art packhouse, and invested in GPS-controlled machinery and robotic weeding equipment. Naylor Flowers also operates a reservoir to recycle roof water, ensuring minimal environmental impact in their operations.

Naylor Flowers takes pride in supporting their local community and providing job opportunities through their own labour agency, Socius, which was created in 2016. This agency helps them employ a skilled team of over 200 flower croppers, ensuring high-quality, consistent work.
